Term has started and this year we have a new
timetable with all classes remaining open to beginners at all times!
As well as the Tuesday longsword class, we have the new Wednesday class in Waite's Sabre and now classes on Mondays alternating each week between rapier and sword & buckler.
All classes are now run on a drop-in basis but, if you want to get good...
we number some of the country's finest swordsmen.
Historical fencing uses heavier weapons than modern sports fencing and our classes are run with safety in mind because it's part of our fencing philosophy to have fun and enjoy ourselves while we learn and when we compete. The Dawn Duellists do even duel at dawn occasionally, which is as good an excuse for a picnic as any!
